
B2B Complex Finance Platform SaaS Design
Project Overview
RIVO by Surecomp is a comprehensive cloud-based platform which streamlines the management of trade finance for corporate clients. It provides a centralised hub for efficiently requesting, tracking, and securing trade and supply chain finance instruments, ensuring seamless coordination and control over trade finance activities.
My Role
UX/UI Design Lead, in close collaboration with product team leader and worldwide developers. I worked for 3 years on the project, maintained user-friendly experiences, attention to detail and improve overall usability.
Problem
Getting LCs, guarantees, and financing from banks can be slow due to paperwork-heavy processes. Many banks still rely on outdated, manual, or semi-automated processes for issuing and managing letters of credit (LCs), guarantees, and supply chain finance.
Solution
We digitizes workflows, reducing paperwork and processing times. Surecomp speeds up access to trade finance, offers automation and digital document handling. A multi-bank platform for trade finance management.
