Project Overview
Smart Assistant is an advanced desktop software solution designed for cellular engineers and network operators to optimize cellular networks efficiently. Developed for Qualcomm, this tool leverages AI-driven insights and real-time analytics to enhance network performance, reduce downtime, and streamline troubleshooting processes.
My Role
UX/UI Designer collaborated with Qualcomm’s product and engineering teams to align UX/UI goals with technical capabilities. Developed an intuitive navigation structure to help users quickly access critical insights without cognitive overload. Ensured the final product met Qualcomm’s standards for efficiency, accuracy, and user-friendliness.
Problem
Qualcomm's engineers and network operators face complex, time-consuming, and inefficient workflows when optimizing cellular networks. Traditional network optimization tools require manual troubleshooting, fragmented data analysis, and a steep learning curve, leading to delays in identifying and resolving performance issues.
